Never tried Zumba® before? You are very welcome.

Wear comfortable clothes, bring some water and move in a way that feels right for you. You do not need to know the steps, and you will not be expected to get everything perfect.
Kate’s classes are friendly, relaxed and full of good music.

Zumba® Gold is a lower impact class with easy to follow choreography, uplifting music and plenty of smiles.
We focus on improving your balance, range of motion, and coordination through gentle, easy to follow dance moves that are kind to your joints.
It is a lovely choice if you are new to Zumba®, returning to exercise, over 50 or simply prefer a gentler pace.
No pressure. No perfection. Just movement, music and a warm welcome.

Kate has been teaching Zumba® in Bristol since 2011. Her classes are friendly, full of music and designed to help people feel comfortable from the moment they walk in.

Come and experience the Joy of Zumba® Gold with us and help us raise money for our chosen charities!!
Suitable for all ages, all abilities, experienced or total beginner. Bring your friends and family. The more the merrier!
We are coming together as a collaboration of many Zumba Gold Zin instructors so you will have an amazing time dancing to lots of wonderful routines. Then we stay for tea, cake and the raffle.
